Paul B. Johnson - In the last 25 years, I have held executive positions as CEO, VP Consulting Services, VP Sales and Marketing, VP Strategic Planning and New Business Development. I am currently the Interim President of Approach InfoTech, Inc. a contact/call center IT consulting firm. I became the primary shareholder in early 2011 and have expanded its services to include consulting services for software installation, custom software development, and add-on applications for Cisco-based contact centers. Our first product, currently in development, is a new generation of enterprise reporting tool. I was the founder of several technology-related companies, the largest of which was Multimedia Learning, Inc. (ranked 154th on the "Inc. 500" in 1996). MLI, started in 1991 and was one of the first computer-based multimedia companies in the world. During that same period, I co-founded three additional companies: Multimedia Healthcare, M3 The Healthcare Learning Company, and Ariel Performance Centered Systems. My years of experience, and leadership abilities directing groups of consultants, with a wide range of skills and backgrounds, has given me the foundation to build team-oriented, motivated and results-oriented working environments.
